Office Manager – Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas

Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas is a leading neuro-optometric and vision rehabilitation practice dedicated to helping patients recover and improve their visual function after brain injury and neurological conditions.

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an excellent patient experience in our growing specialty practice.

Responsibilities

Manage front and back office operations and staff scheduling

Oversee patient flow, communication, and customer service

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, billing, and documentation standards

Coordinate with insurance and billing partners

Track office performance and implement process improvements

Manage vendors, supplies, and facility operations

Qualifications

3+ years of medical office management or healthcare administration experience (optometry or rehab setting preferred)

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Proficiency in EMR / EHR systems and Microsoft Office

Passion for patient care and team success
