Description :
Expeditors at Westmoor Country Club will ensure the efficient flow of orders from the back-of-house kitchen team to the front-of-house service team for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.
Part-time (20-25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and / or extra shifts during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders from the kitchen to the appropriate dining area in a timely manner
- Assist the lead expeditor in the final preparation of dishes
- Set-up and maintain buffets
- Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
- Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
- Assist in daily set-up and take-down of dining facilities to include moving furniture
- Maintain cleanliness of expeditor areas of the kitchen
- Assist with stocking work stations, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organize storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the dining areas
