Key Responsibilities
Provide first line response for customers requiring assistance with IT issues
Perform remote software implementations and provide follow-up support via various contact channels
Track, organize, and document all product support related activities
Required Qualifications and Education
Intermediate or advanced knowledge in handling APIs and related methods
Familiarity with front-end and back-end concepts
Understanding of video player, video streaming, networking, DRM, encoding, and CDN is a plus
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience in data collection and reporting for performance indicators
