Job Responsibilities :

• Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and standards, and maintains quality control.
• Completes sketches and scope sheets for estimates, completes drying records using mobile software; delivers complete and accurate information and photo documentation to inside team members.
• Multi-tasks to follow work orders, ensure appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job and meets deadlines.
• Learns and becomes expert in the use of ServiceMaster's various software packages and industry processes.
• Completes ServiceMaster's online training programs for water and fire damage restoration.
