Privately owned 15+ years established and busy Internal Medicine practice located in sunny and beautiful Coachella Valley / Rancho Mirage, CA needs an immediate energetic, hard working and long-term growth focused board certified Internal Medicine Physician to work in a growing outpatient practice. This is a full-time position. Candidates with right fit qualifications for the position are awarded exceptionally well with salary, performance / productive bonuses and benefits.Package Details : Full-time from Monday through Friday. No weekends.The candidate will start with an existing stable patient base and sees16-20 patients a day with new consults and follow-ups. Need to develop own patient panel.Loyal patient base. No managed care. Only PPO, FFS and Cash patients.Excellent work environment with dedicated staff and flexible scheduling.Salary : $270 k - $400 k with productive bonuses.
