Eurofins Environmental Testing Southwest is searching for a Laboratory Technician II in Tustin, CA

The Sample Preparation Laboratory Technician II is responsible for utilizing general laboratory methods, techniques, equipment, and instrumentation in compliance with Eurofins Quality Assurance programs and SOP’s, to weigh, digest and prepare soil and water samples for GC and GCMS analysis.

Laboratory Technician II responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Sample preparation duties may include, but are not limited to the following responsibilities :

Evaluate backlog and prioritize daily workload based on required due dates and holding times.

Assist other areas of the laboratory as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Information

Compensation range : $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Position is Full-time and non-exempt from overtime pay, Candidate must be able to work  Saturday thru Wednesday, 6 : 00am - 3 : 00pm and is eligible for a 10% shift differential when working this shift with possible overtime as needed.
