About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Mammography Tech - (Mam - Mammo Tech)

StartDate : 10 / 20 / 2025

Available Shifts : 10 D

Pay Rate : $2259.81 - $2476.17

The Mammography Technologist performs radiographic mammography procedures which produce high quality diagnostic films for use in the detection of breast tissue abnormalities.

Demonstrates positioning competency.

  • Knowledgeable regarding breast self-examinations via answering questions and providing written materials to patients.
  • Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pulling / Pushing, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.

Experience in Imaging or Mammography.

HS Diploma or GED

ARRT registration.

  • Current Rad Tech license in the state of practice.
  • Must meet and maintain the ARRT Advanced Mammography Certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

    • Must meet and maintain mammography specific ACR FDA / MQSA requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    Mammography Technologist, Mammography

    Licenses : MAMMO-UT

    Certifications : M(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed)

    SSN Required

    DOB Required

    Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

    References : 1 Reference in entire work history

    HS Diploma or GED

    Must meet and maintain mammography specific ACR FDA / MQSA requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in Imaging or Mammography.
