Hydraulic Technician – Hamilton, OH

Join a respected service facility in Hamilton specializing in heavy-duty hydraulic systems and mobile equipment repair. If you bring precision, mechanical know-how, and hands-on expertise, this direct hire opportunity is perfect for advancing your career.

Schedule & Pay

Hours : Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 AM–3 : 30 PM
Pay : $20–$23 / hour (depends on experience)
Employment : Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

Disassemble, inspect, and measure hydraulic rod cylinders.

Diagnose repair needs and source correct parts.

Reassemble and test cylinders, operate micro-finishing & honing machines.

Remove / install hydraulic components on vehicles and machinery.

Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers.

Document work and maintain accurate records using computer systems.

Keep your workspace safe and organized.

Contribute to other shop or field tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring

2–3 years’ experience with hydraulic component repair (3–5 years for senior roles).

Strong mechanical aptitude and hydraulic systems knowledge.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work on feet and in various positions.

Can drive service vehicles and use computers for documentation.

Effective communicator with teammates and customers.

Valid driver’s license and eligibility for U.S. employment.

Must pass pre-employment screening.
