Senior Program Lead

This role requires understanding the business and people strategy drivers across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and ensuring transformations are delivered cohesively, with a high degree of confidentiality and cross-functional partnership. We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Lead to support Autodesk's Transformation Management Office. This role is critical for Autodesk to achieve growth and cross-functional alignment. You will partner with our senior go-to-market leadership team to understand organizational goals, ensure cohesive planning, and prepare the business for continued change and evolution. You will help maintain consistent approaches to delivering transformations, with a focus on large, complex initiatives. Reporting to the Director of TMO, you will play a central role in ensuring consistency across enterprise transformations, driving alignment to strategic goals, improving processes around organizational impacts, and ensuring change delivers measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Drive TMO initiatives to deliver key organizational transformations
• Lead cross-functional program execution, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and operations
• Understand business drivers and customer segments to ensure organizational transformations deliver both growth and efficiency
• Establish and maintain cross-program visibility, escalating risks to the appropriate leader or steering committee
• Develop and refine standards, methodologies, and best practices for managing organizational change
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysis, enablement, technical delivery, and change managementto define clear program scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and capabilities, fostering innovation and operational excellence
• Manage relationships with senior executives to ensure alignment, visibility, and support for transformation objectives

Salary transparency :

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
