Job descriptionExperience gaining specifications with architects and designers in commercial interiors and / or exteriors Proven success driving sales of design-oriented or building envelope products Comfortable with travel (2030%) and a hunter-style sales approach Exposure to high-end finishes, metals, or architectural envelopes (preferred)
We are partnering with a leading independent manufacturer's consulting firm that represents premium commercial interior and exterior product lines. This firm drives growth for design-focused brands and has an exceptional reputation, established relationships, and strong earning potential for top performers. Theyre looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive specifications and grow market share across North Texas. Youd be focused on securing specifications with architects, designers, and contractors while representing high-quality, design-driven products across interiors and the building envelope.
Responsibilities :
- Drive specification and project sales with architects, designers, and contractors.
- 20-30% travel
