NVA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian for Family Pet Clinic of Richland Hills!

For new graduates, this role offers direct mentorship from the Medical Director and participation in NVA's structured 12-month Mentorship Program . In this program, our Associate Doctor will have access to :

One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long, current President of TVMA and Oklahoma Mentor

Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life

Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Texas with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement

Our clinic is currently completing a remodel that features new flooring, updated cabinetry, and the addition of a fourth exam room, creating a more modern and efficient space for the team and clients.
