Utility Services Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Utility Services.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for utility projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget

Serve as a primary point of contact for operational questions and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders

Directly supervise project coordinators and provide coaching and training to meet safety and quality goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted

5-8 years of experience in the utility, engineering, or consulting industry

2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience managing field or technical personnel

Proven record of successful project delivery and client support

Working knowledge of utility operations and applicable regulatory standards
