Job Title : Sr. Advanced Embedded Software Engineer Job Location : Orlando Florida 32826 Onsite Requirements : C / C++ Firmware SoC Job Description : Join the Training Technologies group as part of a cross-functional team designing, implementing, and integrating hardware and embedded software for critical mission training devices. You will play a senior role in shaping embedded software development efforts, providing leadership, mentorship, and technical direction on projects that directly support national security. Key Responsibilities : Lead the embedded software development lifecycle, from design through integration. Develop high-quality firmware in C and C++ for real-time embedded processors. Utilize modern development environments such as SEGGER Embedded Studio. Work with Nordic and NXP SoCs and associated SDKs. Contribute to Android development where applicable. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field. 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree + 6 years of experience. Agile development experience preferred. S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
