Warehouse – Forklift Operator (Manufacturing Environment)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to support manufacturing operations by moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in keeping production lines supplied, shipments on schedule, and inventory accurate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pull and stage materials for production and outbound shipments
Move raw materials and finished goods between production and warehouse locations
Load and unload trucks using a forklift
Receive inbound materials and ensure accurate put-away
Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track material movement
Identify and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas
Support production and warehouse teams during downtime as needed
Required Qualifications
Forklift experience required (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with inventory control systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and work on a concrete floor for extended periods
Manufacturing Environment & Safety
Fast-paced production and warehouse setting
PPE required at all times: steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other site-specific PPE
Regular interaction with production equipment and moving machinery
