Position Summary :

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute with a team of like-minded individuals. We are seeking to grow our skilled team of project managers with people who are confident, hardworking, honest, and excel in customer service and sales. This individual will be responsible for both selling and managing restoration projects. An ideal candidate would have a strong background in sales and customer service. Experience in construction, water / fire damage restoration, mold remediation, or claim auditing is highly desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Meet with potential clients to sell restoration services, explain the repair process, complete work authorization forms, and set clear expectations.
  • Assess damage from water / fire loss and document necessary repairs with photos and measurements.
  • Communicate repairs and scope of work to the estimator for insurance company estimates.
  • Follow up with clients and estimators to provide updates and additional documentation as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls related to your projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for inspections or repairs.
  • Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure safety.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
  • Control production costs and ensure quality control.
  • Protect and use equipment and materials properly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • 1-2 years' experience managing construction or remodeling projects preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in cleaning / restoration preferred. Must have existing connections with high-quality, reputable subcontractors.
  • Working Conditions / Environment :

    This position operates in an office and field environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

    This position requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

    Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and / or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.

    Compensation :

    Salary : $50,000-$70,000 per year + profit sharing and bonuses based on performance
