We’re looking for an experienced people leader to champion regional growth as a Market Development Manager (Sales Leader) in Pennsylvania . In this role, you’ll build and lead a field sales team, forge high-impact dealership partnerships, and play a key role in accelerating Lendbuzz’s market growth strategy.  If you thrive in the field, lead by example, and know how to turn relationships into revenue, this is where you’ll make your mark.

Salary starting at $75,000 plus uncapped commission / bonus structure based upon on your performance in generating deals, growing business. Guaranteed 4 months commission.
