The CSM will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our Validus platform. This role is focused on building long-term customer relationships, driving adoption, and proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and advocacy/liliGuide clients through onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless adoption and success with the Validus platform/liliPartner with customers to understand their business needs and proactively recommend solutions to maximize value/liliConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure continued engagement and product utilization/liliCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Engineering) to escalate customer feedback, resolve issues, and drive product improvements/liliAnalyze customer usage data and trends to identify expansion opportunities, upsell/cross-sell potential, and risks of churn/liliEducate customers on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to optimize their use of Validus/liliServe as the customers advocate within Eventus, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met/liliRepresent Eventus at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and promote our solutions/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulli3+ years experience in capital markets at a bank, exchange, brokerage or similar or at a fintech supporting these clients/liliDemonstrated knowledge across multiple financial asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, futures, FX, or digital assets)/liliIdeally regionally located near financial market centers/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS, fintech, or financial services company/liliStrong knowledge of capital markets, trade surveillance, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred/liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels/liliAbility to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment/liliAnalytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and success/liliFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies is a plus/liliExperience working within the region applying for and understanding of local financial market regulations preferred/liliWillingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events/li/ulh3Benefits Perks/h3ulliFully Remote Company/liliCompetitive Compensation/liliStock Options/liliHealth, Dental, Vision Disability Coverage/liliUnlimited PTO/liliFlexibility/li/ul/div
