Key Responsibilities :
- Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare and make check and electronic deposits
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and files
- Support the finance team with data entry and expense tracking
- Assist in month-end close activities as needed
- Respond to internal and vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field0-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships in these areas are considered relevant experience)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft ExcelPreferred :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldFamiliarity with SAP Concur or similar expense management systemsExposure to mortgage lending or financial services industryKnowledge of basic GAAP accounting principlesWhy Join Us?

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
