We are currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! Must be currently licensed in Georgia.
Mind and Motion is a provider-owned multidisciplinary group practice that specializes in treating primarily kids with developmental and communication disorders. Our treatment teams are comprised of psychologists, counselors, neurotherapists, and other allied health professionals with a goal to provide a more comprehensive, holistic, and evidenced-based approach to therapy. We are the only group in the area providing this variety of clinical services all in one location!

Duties :Evaluate and treat children with communication disorders, speech and language delays, swallowing, and articulation disorders.Complete and submit accurate documentation for all corresponding treatments provided (SOAP notes, Evaluations, & Plan of Cares).Participate in monthly case management meetings to review goals and therapeutic progress your patients are making with other clinical disciplines / teams.Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high quality, administrative customer service.Complete job duties and tasks under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Allied Health Services.Know and become compliant with HIPAA and how it relates to the scope of the position.Work within the clinic's existing business solutions and add value to these resources.Abide by all confidentiality requirements.Act in a manner conducive to the role that is being conferred during this agreement in accordance with the values and mission of the company.Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company's goals associated with growth and awareness.Skills :Proficiency in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children.Understanding typical and atypical speech and language development.Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as play-based therapy, articulation therapy, language intervention strategies, and social communication training.Proficiency in using standardized assessments and tools to evaluate speech and language disorders.Ability to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each child.Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, or other special needs.Ability to educate and involve parents in the therapy process.Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, and counselors.A compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children and their families.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective therapy approaches.Ability to adjust techniques to suit a child's unique needs and responses.Familiarity with therapy software, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, and teletherapy tools if applicable.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
