Are you an experienced Dental Assistant with strong leadership skills and a passion for changing lives? Yes, change lives, not doing dentistry. Our growing dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team, care for our large family patients referred to as customers by corporate dentistry offices. We are seeking an honest, motivated individual for our 'big three focus philosophy : '

• Patients (Family)
• Practice (takes care of our family)

What Were Looking For :

• Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
• Expanded functions and radiology certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Dentrix not required, however certainly a bonus

Responsibilities Include :

• Working alongside clinical staff, and maintaining clear communications with front administration to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols amongst entire clinical team

Competitive Wages
