Tuition reimbursemen t program available On-the-job training Employee recognition give-a-ways throughout the year High school diploma or G.E.D required. Per insurance requirements, must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. Knowledge of vehicles, specifications, and vehicle maintenance, including vehicles used to transport individuals with disabilities. Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive facility vehicles required. Possess or be able to possess first aid and CPR certifications (training provided). Conducts pre and post-trip inspections while completing a Daily Report to include maintenance issues. Ensures that assigned vehicles are clean inside and swept out at the end of the day along with other end of day procedures. Ensures vehicle is properly equipped and stocked with required equipment and supplies each day. Transport passengers according to the safest and shortest route possible. Assist with coordination and assignment of transportation routes and provides information to dispatch. Possesses knowledge of, implements, and maintains approved routes. Adheres to written instructions and policies concerning passengers. Maintains and uses the current and approved manifest. Wendell Foster is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
