WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At Nike, Concept Design is where ideas become worlds. We blend innovation, athlete insight, product design, and storytelling to imagine whats next not just for Nike, but for sport and culture at large.

Were looking for a Lead Concept Designer to join the Womens Sportswear Concept Design Team someone who can move fluidly between conceptual thinking and execution. Youll shape stories that define how the future looks, feels, and moves.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Lead Concept Designer, youll guide the creative vision for Nikes key initiatives shaping worlds that connect athletes, innovation, culture, and community.

On any given day, you could be designing a new identity direction, sitting a brainstorm session, art-directing a photoshoot, crafting presentation material, or working side by side with agencies to bring a concept to life. Youll push the boundaries of storytelling to ensure Nike continues to lead in the world of sport.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to the Womens Sportswear Concept Design Director and collaborate across teams and disciplines : product design, consumer insights, merchandising, and brand marketing translating insights into a creative direction and narrative that inspire across the company and around the world.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

5+ years of professional design experience in product, marketing, brand, or agency environments

Passion for athletes, sport, and culture and the creative stories that connect them

Expertise across art direction, motion, graphic, and spatial design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Keynote (3D and Miro experience a plus)

A portfolio that showcases strong storytelling, visual identity, and design craft

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining creative excellence

Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, lead teammates, and the ability to manage external partners.

Curiosity and cultural fluency an understanding of design culture, youth movements, and emerging creative technology
