One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse s(LPN) to provide support and care in the Carver / Lakeville area. Immediate start.

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES

  • Registered Nurse (RN) : $60 / hr.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : $55 / hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

  • Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan.
  • Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
  • Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.
  • Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient's future needs.

    • CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
  • Must be able to produce current medical / health documents including : physical examination, Tuberculosis / TB Skin Test and must have CPR certification
