About the Role

Jansons is seeking a driven and experienced Estimator / Sales professional to join our team. In this role, youll work directly with our President / CEO to price and pursue new business opportunities in the chimney / specialty exhaust industry. If you have a solid background in HVAC estimating and a passion for building client relationships, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the President / CEO to review bid documents and develop competitive estimates
• Prepare takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and detailed proposals
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
• Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and client meetings as needed
• Support handoff to project management after award
