Project Manager – Commercial / Design-Build Construction (North of Pittsburgh, PA)

A well-established design-build construction firm located just north of Pittsburgh is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. What You’ll Do :

Lead and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field staff to ensure successful project delivery

Review contracts, change orders, and progress billing

Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met on every project

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects

Background in design-build, general contracting, or construction management

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software

Ability to lead teams with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
