A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education
Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments
Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring
Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
Proficient in technology and business systems
Preferred : Experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries
