NOC Program Manager

The NOC Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing account management plans that will focus on driving value into key accounts. A critical success factor will be aligning NS2's current service offerings with the key client needs and working with COE leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience : 5 years of Service Experience preferred

Travel : 15-20%

Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in developing effective client relations and delivery processes to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintains awareness of SLA offerings in the pipeline.
  • Has a working knowledge of all NS2 capabilities to share with clients.
  • Helps drive success of client while meeting or exceeding FTI corporate goals.
  • Monitors progress of awarded projects and initiates to client onboarding process.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement through monitoring KPI's.
  • Demonstrates approachability and ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.
  • Ensure effective employee relations.
  • Able to provide customer service and answer questions for internal and external customers.
  • Develops a team to execute key areas of the NOC, ensures their success.
  • Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
