This position works with our Director of Nursing, Branch Manager, Nursing and Care Staff and out of our well established BrightStar of St Croix Valley office and is responsible for providing Physical Therapy services in a home care environment and may be just what you are looking for.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for overseeing the care provided to our clients as directed by BrightStar Care and our Joint Commission accreditation quality and safety guidelines. A typical day may include performing new client assessments, overseeing the therapies of existing clients, care coordination with skilled service organizations and our team of Home care Professionals. Compassion, patience and an outgoing personality are qualities that will build trust and a level of comfort with families. The Physical Therapist will work primarily in the field and rarely spend time in the main office. Travel in Washington County required. Most work is typically performed Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5PM. We also have very nice Company Cars available for use!

The Physical Therapist must be able to evaluate the patients condition and develop an individualized plan tailored to each client based on the physicians orders. Help clients enhance strength, range of motion, flexibility, and minimize pain or discomfort. Work as much or as little as you want, with our highly flexible schedule. This is a per-diem position. Starting wage is $75-$125 depending on type of visit.
