Accounts Recievable Specialist

Our Accounts Receivable Specialist will join our corporate office team. This role is key to ensuring that Onin collects timely and accurate payments from Onin Clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an organized approach to collections


• Complete welcome calls for new clients


• Collecting payments and working with accounting for proper payment posting


• Electronic filing of incoming payments


• Clear communication with clients and coworkers using a customer service approach
