Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Probate Litigation Paralegal to join a full-service, prominent regional law firm in Downtown Houston. As the Probate Litigation Paralegal you will work on complex, high-value probate and trust litigation matters. This opportunity is full-time, direct-hire, and fully on-site with flexible work hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial and closure
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and court documents
• Prepare exhibits, manage eDiscovery, and support depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Handle probate pleadings, estate tax returns, trust accountings, and funding calculations
• Oversee trust administration, probate, and conservatorships
