Senior Loan Processor / Team Lead responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Managing loan files across agency, government, and Non-QM products, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing from start to finish.
• Reviewing, verifying, and analyzing borrower documentation, including income, assets, credit, title, and insurance.
• Collaborating with Loan Officers, Borrowers, Underwriters, Escrow, Closers, and Funders throughout the transaction.
• Ensuring compliance with direct lending protocols, including TRID, LEs, CDs, document drawing, post-close conditions, and funding authorizations.

Pay Rate Range : $50,000 - $70,000 Plus Bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
