We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager / Sr. Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and oversee the delivery of technical projects within detail-oriented services. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Utilize Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage workflows, and document project updates.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and organizational goals, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress and addressing challenges.
• Manage resources effectively to balance competing priorities and ensure project success.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management within services requiring attention to detail or a similar industry.
• Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with best practices in project management and process optimization.
