Description of Job
The salary range for this position is : $36.12 - $50.83 Hourly, $2,889.69 - $4,066.15 Biweekly, $6,261.00 - $8,810.00 Monthly, $75,132.00 - $105,720.00 Annually.
The purpose of this position is to supervise and direct the work of the Employer Integrity Partners team and ensure all established service level agreements are met within their area. The position will serve as a first line supervisor and will conduct all hiring, coaching, monitoring and performance management related activities, and will be the first escalation path for the team. Position will be responsible for meeting with their team regularly and ensuring system or process updates are communicated with staff. Position will track customer service and training trends to elicit updates needed to internal or external resources.
Position researches, analyzes, and interprets FAMLI law, rules, statutes, and policies for employers and their representatives and enforces compliance with employer participation requirements. They will have oversight of the team's work to ensure that employers register their businesses accurately, report correct total employee headcounts, and are removed from participation as necessary. Position serves as liaison for the work unit : coordinates and collaborates with other supervisors to identify and recommend changes in work processes and / or procedures to maximize team members' skill sets to make the most of FAMLI resources. Position also provides the same liaison function to other FAMLI management members within and across the Division. Role models CDLE's values and philosophy; encourages and rewards employees who adopt these values and philosophy. Serves as an expert resource for employers, work unit, peers, staff and supervisory team by answering complex account issue questions; identify problem areas, monitor and provide input by collaboration and communication with other units and branches throughout the agency, including FAMLI Management.
This supervisor will track enrollment and work with the data & analytics team to ensure the right population is enrolled in the FAMLI program, and having staff conduct targeted outreach to ensure the FAMLI Division is reaching unenrolled populations. In addition, they will set customer service standards for their team and ensure they are meeting those objectives and satisfying the employer customer population.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience Only : Seven (7) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position : Unemployment Insurance, Workers' Compensation, legal compliance, accounting, business management, payroll service, tax compliance, auditing, and or determining eligibility for benefits programs.
OR Education and Experience : A combination of related education and / or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to seven (7) years : Unemployment Insurance, Workers' Compensation, legal compliance, accounting, business management, payroll service, tax compliance, auditing, and or determining eligibility for benefits programs.
