Your Mileage Results :

Drive an average of 2,500 miles per week while maintaining guaranteed weekend home time with minimum 34-hour resets. Your home time averages 46 to 53 hours, providing excellent work-life balance while achieving consistent weekly performance across strategic running areas.

Your Earning Results :

Professional CDL A drivers with CK Transportation earn $1,400 to $1,425 per week through our structured compensation program. Starting pay begins at 53 cents per mile, with additional compensation through breakdown pay, tarp pay, and detention pay that recognizes your specialized flatbed skills.

Your Performance Incentives :

Maximize earnings through our pathway to success program, earning $5,000 in your first 120 days. Choose flexible payment options between per-mile compensation or percentage of load. After 30 days of employment, our minimum pay program guarantees at least $1,200 weekly earnings.

Your Equipment Results :

Operate Peterbilt 579 trucks that are only 1.5 years old, equipped with Sirius XM, TV mounts, inverters, 72-inch high roofs, dual drive tires, and Espar bunk heaters. Front-facing safety cameras monitor road conditions without inside truck monitoring, ensuring your privacy.

Your Freight Results :

Handle diverse specialized cargo including lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipe, and oversized loads. Your flatbed expertise in strapping, tarping, chaining, and using binders directly translates to superior earning potential through our specialized freight operations.

Your Experience Requirements :

We seek CDL A drivers who are at least 22 years old with 12 months of over-the-road experience within the last three years, specifically in flatbed operations. Experience with tractors minimum 48 feet in length and TWIC card possession or willingness to obtain demonstrates the professionalism needed for our performance-driven operations.

Your Onboarding Results :

Complete comprehensive orientation and receive $1,500 in orientation pay upon completion of your first Friday. We cover meals, travel, and hotel accommodations, plus assist with TWIC card acquisition during orientation. You'll be dispatched from orientation and home for the weekend.
