Job Title : EHS Manager (Manufacturing & Construction)

Position Summary
We areseekingan experiencedEnvironmental Health & Safety (EHS) Managerto lead and manage safety programs across our manufacturing facilities and construction projects. This roleis responsible forensuring compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations while driving a proactive safety culture that protects employees contractors and the surrounding community.
The ideal candidate is hands-on confident working in both manufacturing and construction environments and capable of partnering with leadership to continuously improve safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Develop implement and maintain EHS policies procedures and programs aligned with OSHA EPA and applicable federal state and local regulations
- Ensure compliance across manufacturing operations and active construction sites
- Lead job hazard analyses (JHAs) risk assessments and safety audits
Training & Culture
Design and deliver EHS training for employees supervisors and contractorsPromote a strong safety culture through coaching engagement and leadership presenceServe as a subject matter expert for EHS best practicesIncident Management
Lead incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective action implementationTrack and analyze safety metrics trends and leading indicatorsPrepare andsubmitrequired regulatory reportsEnvironmental Management
Manage environmental programs including waste management air and water compliance and hazardous materialsCoordinate with regulatory agencies and support inspections and auditsLeadership & Collaboration
Partner with operations engineering and project teams to integrate safety into daily activities and project planningSupport construction site safety planning contractor onboarding and site inspectionsReportEHS performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadershipQualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in Safety Environmental Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of EHS experience inmanufacturing and construction environmentsStrong working knowledge of OSHA EPA and applicable safety regulationsProven experience leading safety programs and investigationsExcellent communication training and leadership skillsPreferred
CSP ASP CHST or similar certificationExperience supporting multi-site operationsFamiliarity with ISO 14001 and / or ISO 45001Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to work in manufacturing and construction environmentsRegular site visits including active construction areasAbility to travel as neededWhat We Offer
