In this role, you'll support the Occupational Therapist (OTR) in delivering high-quality therapy services aimed at improving residents’ independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Required Qualifications :

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working in long-term care settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
