Job description

We're hiring a Senior Vice President of Operations, Sales and Engagement.

Hybrid / Multi-State Leadership / Senior Living

We're looking for a strategic, mission driven executive to lead operations, sales, marketing and engagement across a multi-state portfolio spanning affordable Assisted Living, middle-market Assisted Living, and private pay senior living.

What You'll Lead

  • Multi-site operations, regulatory performance and service excellence
  • Sales and Marketing strategy strengthening occupancy and market position
  • Resident and family engagement programs
  • Healthcare partnership supporting VBC & population health
  • Financial oversight, KPI management,and forecasting
  • Leadership development and succession planning

What We're Looking for :

  • 10+ years of multi-site senior living / healthcare leadership
  • Strong operations + sales / marketing integration experience
  • VBC / Population Health background
  • MBA / MHA / MPH preferred
  • Sales or national association involvement strongly valued
