About the Role
The Client Success Advisor supports our Sales team and acts as a liaison, provides product / services information and resolves any emerging problems that our client accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best Client Success Advisors are genuinely excited to help our clients. Theyre patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is invaluable, and these Client Success Advisors can gather that information. Problem-solving also comes naturally and they are confident at troubleshooting and will investigate if they dont have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, sustainable client relationships and trust through regular, open, and interactive communication
- Provide after-sales support to identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction and client retention
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and update internal databases (CRM) with account details
- Promote new products / services to existing clients that maximize client satisfaction

Salary : $48,000 $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
