• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on machines such as punch presses, press brakes, CNC mills, and laser cutters.
• Support the relocation, reconfiguration, and alignment of assembly lines and associated equipment during layout changes, process updates, or expansion projects.
• Assist in maintaining the continuous and efficient operation of assembly lines.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of downtime and implement long-term solutions.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Operate tools and equipment necessary for repairs and installations, including hand tools, welders, and forklifts.
• Document all maintenance work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment.
• Adhere to and promote all safety guidelines, lockout / tagout procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles.
