Position : Renovation Project Manager

Pay : Average $58,000 - $80,000 yearly + potential for bonus

Candidates must live within commuting distance of Greensboro, NC, or be in the process of relocating to be considered. Candidates must possess project management experience related to remodeling and renovations.

We are seeking an  experienced and motivated  Residential Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel at  coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors  while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Schedule & Travel :

• Full-time :  Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. (some evening and weekend work possible).
• Local travel  required
