We expanded into Houston in 2022 and Toronto in 2023, strengthening our North American presence. We specialize in the design, procurement, and construction management of mineral processing plants.

Your mission : As a Manager USA, you will be responsible for leading Primero's USA operations, ensuring strong business pipeline, project performance and the development of the USA team. This role will oversee strategic planning, operational management, client engagement, and team leadership, while supporting Primero's growth objectives in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Operations

Provide overall leadership and direction for Primero's U.S. operations, including office and project management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Contribute to strategic planning in collaboration with global leadership.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
