This General Manager position is responsible for supervising the operations of your designated location and management team and have the opportunity to make a true impact on our business.

You'll oversee your store while leading your team and driving sales growth for one of the fastest growing Family Entertainment Centers in the country.   What we’re looking for :

• 2 or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in Hospitality and / or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
• Develops rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of direct reports.
• Conflict management skills.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of the products and services of the company.
