What your role will involve :
The Project Implementation Manager plays a critical role in leading and supporting implementation activities and developing protocols for new clients, upselling existing clients, and expanding lines of business, under the guidance of the Director of Business Implementation.
Work Environment : This is a hybrid role available to candidates who are located within 40 miles of an MTM office.
Your Responsibilities :
- Oversee and support the implementation phase for onboarding new clients and upselling services to existing clients, including defining project scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, and establishing timelines.
- Timely escalate any implementation concerns along with potential solutions.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team in planning and managing implementation tasks.
- Attend internal and external implementation meetings, documenting and communicating formal meeting minutes.
- Assist in tracking internal and external deliverables associated with implementation.
- Prepare internal and client-facing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage the delivery and analysis of post-implementation surveys.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the managed care and non-emergency transportation (NEMT) industries.
- Be knowledgeable about all MTM operations and product lines, including those in development.
- Engage in ongoing training through MTM or other resources to enhance your knowledge base.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all internal departments at MTM.
- Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience, Education & Certifications :
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management is required.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.At least 1 year of experience in the NEMT industry.Experience in the managed care industry.Skills Required :
Ability to clearly interpret RFP language.Identify opportunities for process improvements based on past implementations.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Outstanding communication abilities.Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Sound judgment and decision-making skills.Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.Foster a cooperative and positive work environment.Maintain a high level of confidentiality.What We Offer :
