Join Broadmead (the oldest continuing care retirement community in Maryland) and their brand new Center of Excellence in Health & Wellness! This state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center utilizes a holistic approach to wellness through a variety of offerings for the 500+ residents of Broadmead, the 300+ employees of Broadmead and older adult members from Baltimore County and other neighboring communities.

Salary Range : $65,312-$97,968 Annual

Education and Experience :
Essential Duties :
Assisting in identifying scope of work needed and develop annual capital budget
Attend pre-bid, pre-con, progress meetings and punch out meetings.
Coordinate Project Update Meetings weekly.
Schedule contractors and coordinate with Broadmead Department Directors as needed.
Review change orders and advise Vice President of Facility Services and CEO for approvals.
Coordinate the activities of various contractors, ensuring that work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
Evaluate project costs, obtaining and awarding bids and work.
Track spending for projects in terms of actual spending vs. budget and reconcile invoices submittals and payment.
3. Maintain construction documents and specifications for each project.
4. Maintain documentation of all owner / architectural directives and changes.
5. Review submittals and shop drawings.
6. Maintain an effective working relationship with community departments and contractors.
7. Coordinates the completion of refurbished units with the contractor and based on requirements as discussed with the Marketing team.
8. Responsible to report to the community for any emergency as instructed by the Vice President of Facilities.
9. Abide by the organization's code of conduct in the performance of their duties.
