We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help individuals with autism thrive. In this role, you will develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans, ensuring that each child receives the effective support they need. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring progress and making real-time adjustments to treatment plans.

Your Responsibilities :

Clinical Practice :

  • Conduct assessments using methods like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and others to evaluate learners.
  • Design individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth interventions.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy as needed.
  • Facilitate parent training sessions as necessary to support learner progress.
  • Supervision :

  • Mentor staff and learners by identifying teaching opportunities in natural settings.
  • Engage in various meetings, including parent and treatment meetings, to collaborate on best approaches.
  • Assist in initial training alongside the training team and provide ongoing support to behavior technicians.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training sessions, fostering staff development in alignment with Hope Network's guidelines.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a related field (Applied Behavior Analysis preferred).
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Current Michigan Behavior Analyst licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCaBA or in supervised BCBA training.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
