Residential Sales Representative

Clearwave Fiber | Full-Time | Field-Based | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning your territory - walk 3-5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
  • Knocking doors and closing deals - work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
  • Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
  • Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
  • Supporting local growth - participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)

    What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A self-starter mindset - you're motivated and proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector
  • Physical stamina - this is an active role, often outdoors
  • Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)
  • Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
  • Must be 18 or older
  • No prior sales experience required - we'll train the right people
