Gastroenterology Physician

Facility in Harrisburg, PA seeking GI locums coverage Rates : $5700 / day This position involves inpatient consultation, GI procedures (including ERCP), and follow-ups. Candidates must be available at least 7 days per month, with the flexibility to manage both in-house day shifts and night call coverage. Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient GI hospital coverage, including rounding, consultations, procedures, and discharges.
• Perform essential GI procedures, including colonoscopy, EGD, PEGs, esophageal varices management, stenting, and ERCPs.
• Take night call coverage with a 30-minute response time (from the hospital or designated lodging).
• Manage approximately 7 admissions per on-call shift.
