Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Omaha, NE, with our trusted home health partner. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a home-based setting. Candidates should have experience in home health nursing and be proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

- Location : Omaha, NE, and surrounding areas
- Type : Contract (13 weeks), with possibility of extension
- Hours : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours / week - no guaranteed hours
- Schedule : Monday-Friday (8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm)
- On Call : Typically, one weekend per month
- Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
- Compensation : Rate negotiated directly with client based on experience, and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay

- Mileage : .38c visit to visit
Responsibilities :
Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in coordination.Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.Complete all necessary documentation usingHomecare Homebase software.Provide patient and family education to promote understanding of hospice care.Participate in regular team meetings to coordinate care and discuss patient needs.Requirements :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum 1 year of home health experience.Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase software.Reliable transportation for home visits.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Location Details : Omaha, NE, a vibrant Midwestern city often called the "Gateway to the West," combines historic charm with modern growth.
