TELLER I - FLOATING

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Teller in the Appleton area!

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller assists multiple branches on an as-needed basis.

The primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to :

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Candidates for the Teller position should possess :

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member / customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.

Branch hours : Mon.-Fri. 8am-5 : 30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
