About the Job :

Empire National Inc. is currently seeking experienced and reliable Team Drivers with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join our growing fleet in Fletcher, NC . As a Team Driver, you and your co-driver will work together to transport freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule delivering outstanding service every time.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles as part of a driving team.

Transport goods across assigned routes while complying with DOT and company regulations.

Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Coordinate driving shifts effectively with your partner to maximize efficiency.

Maintain accurate logs and records (ELD, fuel receipts, bills of lading, etc.).

Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Requirements :

Valid Class A CDL and medical card.

No prohibitions in the DOT Clearinghouse.

At least 23 years old.

Clean MVR (no DUIs in the last 5 years).

Ability to drive long hours and manage schedules effectively.

Familiarity with GPS, ELD systems, and tablets.

1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred.

Willingness to work flexible departure schedules.
